Thanks guys! New parts arrived today also! Courtesy of Mr.F...thanks Mike!

Brand new windscreen cowls and an assortment of clips. This should look great next to my freshly powder coated wiper arms, new windscreen and new paint!

That camera really isn't doing it justice in the sun, glad I know what the colour really looks like :D Make sure you update once it's back together and with progress steps please mate, looking forward to seeing this in the flesh.

Since it's been back, I've spent some time refitting things. Arch liners, wheels, seals/seal runners, door handles, other bits of trim. It takes a while. I've broken the back of it though and today National Windscreens came back to refit the blue-tint rear screen, quarter windows and a brand new UK blue-tint windscreen.

Back came Mark, the guy that took it all out and what an excellent job he did of refitting everything. So careful and diligent in his work and I was left VERY happy indeed. I had managed to save the seal on the rear screen that I'd bought 6 years ago (at great expense from Nissan) and now that it was being fitted correctly from a complete screen-refit job, it fitted perfectly, something it never did before!

Nice brand new windscreen - I have also got a brand new scuttle panel and had the wiper arms powdercoated, so it should all look very sharp once installed.

Screen and new top-trim being offered up.

Screen now in place - excuse the strange reflection shots in the following photos. My garage is enclosed and plasterboarded and has not been painted!

Rear screen now bonded in.

Perfect seal alignment from reusing old seal.

Rear quarters now in.

I am awaiting new front window rollers from the US before I can refit those. I am also going to install some nylon washers in the window-mech to absorb any potential rattles etc.

I had wanted to spend the day in the garage, but with it only being 2 degrees outside, I decided against it! I still hope to have it finished in a few weeks and then I'll send it in for an MOT. I have no burning desire to get it finished quickly. Partly because I'm awaiting parts and partly because of the state of the weather!

Gettin' there! I've done more than is here right now, but it's almost done and nearly ready for MOT time! Ordered LOTS of stuff from MJP, clips, and all sorts of odds and sods; thanks Mike for being patient!

The only thing left to do now is to fit a door card, mirror, headlights, front bumper, nose panel and a few rivets and clips which are on order. All the interior is now back in and wow, my biggest surprise is how nice the blue glass makes the car look now. You can't tell from the photos, but it completely transforms the overall look making it feel more clean and modern looking. Always felt the bronze tint looked very dowdy as if someone had been sat inside smoking for many years!

Yes, I now have the other toilet back in service! I was amazing at how much of what was sat in the U-bend had actually dried up! It's been about 3 months since it was used last!

Yeah I have. Only have a few photos of it. I've been out in the US until last week. It's back together, MOTd and taxed.

They're not the best photos in the world.
